  • The sacral chakra is located below the navel and is associated with creativity, sexuality, and pleasure. When this chakra is balanced, you feel creative, sensual, and connected to your body. When it is blocked, you may feel inhibited, sexually frustrated, or disconnected from your body.
 
  • The solar plexus chakra is located above the navel and is associated with power, self-esteem, and personal will. When this chakra is balanced, you feel confident, in control, and capable. When it is blocked, you may feel powerless, insecure, or indecisive.
 
  • The heart chakra is located in the center of the chest and is associated with love, compassion, and forgiveness. When this chakra is balanced, you feel loving, compassionate, and forgiving. When it is blocked, you may feel closed off, resentful, or hateful.
 
  • The throat chakra is located at the base of the throat and is associated with communication, self-expression, and truth. When this chakra is balanced, you feel able to communicate your thoughts and feelings effectively. When it is blocked, you may feel inhibited, unable to express yourself, or dishonest.
 
  • The third eye chakra is located between the eyebrows and is associated with intuition, insight, and wisdom. When this chakra is balanced, you feel intuitive, insightful, and wise. When it is blocked, you may feel confused, indecisive, or unaware of your intuition.
 
  • The crown chakra is located at the top of the head and is associated with spirituality, enlightenment, and connection to the divine. When this chakra is balanced, you feel connected to something greater than yourself, at peace, and in awe of the universe. When it is blocked, you may feel disconnected, lost, or without purpose.
